Custom engineered framing with maximum efficiency for our customers

ante uses the latest K2 and Speedcut machines from Hundegger in the two ante engineered framing centres in Bromskirchen-Somplar and Rottleberode.

The CNC framing centres are able to process lumber with cross-sections of 20x45 cm and a maximum length of 15 metres. Standard joints using joinery methods from simple saw cuts to decorative posts can be produced without a problem. We can produce other cross-sections and lengths upon request.

The engineered framing centre produces custom wood structures according to the exact specifications of the architect. ante offers a high quality and on-time package of different services:

• Precise planning and coordination with all parties
• Custom engineered framing planning according to exact specifications
• CAD based construction plan updates
• CAD based list of measurements and plans for your preliminary costing and planning with elevations, floor plans and 3D rendering
• High precision fabrication with CNC based processing centres
• We manufacture spruce, pine and Douglas fir products on our in-house, highly efficient glued laminated timber and KVH® production lines. This allows us to provide fast, reliable, top-quality service. 

• Numbers are printed on the individual components so that you can erect your engineered framing quickly and easily.
• Picking of the components according to the assembly plans
• Wood type according to the demands of the installation location, e.g. sills out of larch or Douglas fir
• Construction timbers are pre-drilled or, if applicable, recessed for attaching bolts, screws and dowelled joints and a damp-proof course can be applied to the bottom side upon request. 

• Pre-installed connectors such as joist hangers, beam hangers, etc.
• Protection of structural wood through the use of KVH® and BSH, also available in dip or pressure impregnation upon request
• Schedule compliance/ on-time delivery
• We offer special construction site logistics support upon request
• Verification by the architect is simplified with fast and traceable billing through accurate planning documents and lists of measures
